The Adventures of Harold and the Purple Crayon runs December 2, 2009 - January 3, 2010, at the Prince Music Theater at 1412 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia. Reserve your tickets online or call 215.893.1999 TODAY!

Enchanted Princess Parties offer party-goers the unique experience of live theatre in addition to classic party games, activities, food and fun. Parties will begin with a simple craft and move on to more physical and imaginative play. Party-goers will enjoy lunch and cake before heading downstairs to see The Adventures of Harold and the Purple Crayon.

Duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes (includes show)

Party Activities
  • Craft:
    Our Enchantment Teaching Artist will welcome the group and lead everyone in the assembling and decorating of their own Princess crowns.

  • Dress-up:
    Party-goers will explore the contents of Enchantment's "magical costume box." Each child will find one or two costume accessories (boas, beads, rings, etc.) to create their Princess character, topped off with their one-of-a-kind crown.

  • Party-food:
    Customer will provide food, drinks, plates and utensils, and birthday cake (if desired). Enchantment staff will help serve party-goers, cut cake, and take care of all clean-up.

  • See the show:
    "Princesses" will head down to the main theatre to watch The Adventures of Harold and the Purple Crayon with crowns and accessories (which each child will be able to take home with her after the show). The show runs one hour and is followed immediately by a 15-minute question and answer session.

  • Cost:
