Buy a Bus Campaign
Important Information About Your Gift
In Spring of 2012, Enchantment will present its newest production, Sylvester and the Magic Pebble, in Philadelphia after an extended national tour. Working in partnership with the School District of Philadelphia and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, we are able to provide free tickets to thousands of low-income school children. Now we must find the funding to subsidize their transportation costs. In times like these, when arts and music programming have been eliminated from school curricula, we must do all we can to ensure that our city's children have access to the unforgettable and high-quality theatrical experience we provide. We invite you to lend your support to this effort by making a tax-deductible contribution to Enchantment's Buy a Bus Campaign. For one week of performances, we will need to charter 45 buses to serve 2,000 students and their chaperones. With additional funding, we can expand our production run by up to one month. Funds received in excess of transportation costs will help defray performance costs. At a cost of $150 per bus, your contribution will help fill a need in our community and associate your name or your company's name with an important educational and artistic initiative. In recognition of your contribution, we will publish your name in our donor listing on our website and in our show program. All orders must be submitted by Friday, March 30, 2012.
